Sales Manager required to manage and lead a dedicated field-sales team for an established, expanding company based in Gloucestershire.

Profile: Sales Manager

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum basic + commission (OTE: TBC)

Work experience required: demonstrable experience of managing a field-sales team in a B2C environment essential; experience in a built environment essential

Our client is seeking a strong Sales manager who will apply their established managerial skills and experience to this forward thinking company and successfully manage a field-sales team in Gloucestershire. The role will involve generating leads, working to targets and developing external sales representatives, plus actively recruiting and training new sales employees as required.

Ideal candidates will have a strong managerial background in B2C field-sales, and experience in a built environment. The role would suit a career-driven, communicative individual keen to develop and manage their own business and employees in a forward thinking company.
