Job Title: Sales Consultants
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum basic + commission and benefits (OTE: 60,000 - 100,000 per annum)
Minimum qualifications or skills: educated to degree-level (or equivalent)
Work experience required: at least two years demonstrable B2B telesales experience; consultative sales experience essential; previous customer facing experience essential

Our client is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join their expanding team in Gloucestershire. The role will involve calling potential clients and building relationships with key decision makers to thus understand their needs and explain how the companys products/solutions could benefit. They will be dedicated to providing a 100% consultative service to their clients to establish their requirement and, ultimately, book an appointment for both themselves and/or a technical consultant to attend.

Ideal candidates will be confident, creative and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills. They will have demonstrable telesales experience, and be hungry to succeed in a forward-thinking, rewarding company. The key to success in this role is honesty and relationship-building.
